ONLINE TRAINING FOR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE OF VERBAL & TELEPHONE ORDERS 
Verbal and telephone orders given at Carondelet facilities are now signed electronically in the Cerner InBox.  To assist physicians with this change, a brief training module has been provided and phone support is available.  Click here to access the online training.  Call 419-6264 to obtain help through the Physician Line.
 
COMPASS CLINICAL FOUNDATION SUITE
New Look Coming to Cerner PowerChart on Tuesday 8/25

Starting on Tuesday, August 25, PowerChart will have a different look for all system users, including physicians and physician office staff.  The new, improved look offers better navigation and many additional improvements.

All issues should be directed to the Carondelet Help Desk at (520) 872-2500, Option #6.

In addition to the Help Desk technicians, applications and remote access technicians are available weekdays respectively between 8AM-5PM and 8AM-8PM to assist with specific questions regarding how to use the product or how to access it remotely. If you have one of these questions, call the Help Desk and ask to be routed to one of these on-call specialists.
