PHYSICIAN SATISFACTION SURVEY |

Physicians, you play a vital role
in helping us fulfill our mission to provide
the best possible care to your patients. We
want to ensure that you have the opportunity
to give meaningful input into the hospital’s
operations and direction. To this end, we
have engaged Press Ganey to survey our
medical staff, and you’ll be receiving a
letter and survey from them. If you are on
staff at more than one Carondelet hospital,
you’ll receive a survey for each facility.
Please complete the survey and share your
perspective with us. The survey takes about
15 minutes. No member of the Medical Staff,
Administration, or Board of Trustees will
see your individual questionnaire.
You can submit the survey in three ways:
- Internet: Click
here to access the survey. When
prompted, enter the confidential 16
character PIN # that was mailed to you.
If you misplaced your PIN #, call Tamika
Taylor at (888) 773-7742 Ext. 465 and
she’ll send the number within 24 hours.
- Email: You’ll
receive an email from Press Ganey with a
link to the online survey.
- Mail: Complete the
survey mailed to you and return it in
the postage-paid envelope. If you have
questions, please call the hospital’s
Medical Staff Office. Thank you for
supporting our improvement efforts.

Cerner Improvements Require an Update to Citrix! |
|
On March 7, Carondelet’s clinical system (Cerner) will be upgraded to pave the way for future enhancements and improved usability. The upgrade will require remote users to access the system through a new, updated version of Citrix. If you do not update Citrix on your machine by this date, you will not be able to open Cerner.
We recommend that you download the new Citrix client today to avoid problems on or after March 7. To do this, log out of any current Citrix sessions (completely log out of PowerChart) and Click Here to install the Citrix update. You may wish to have your IT personnel complete the install, especially if you have multiple machines that need the new download.

New Look Coming to Cerner PowerChart on Tuesday 8/25 |
|
Starting on Tuesday, August 25, PowerChart will have a different look for all system users, including physicians and physician office staff. The new, improved look offers better navigation and many additional improvements.

In addition to the Help Desk
technicians, applications and remote
access technicians are available
weekdays respectively between
8AM-5PM and 8AM-8PM to assist with
specific questions regarding how to
use the product or how to access it
remotely. If you have one of these
questions, call the Help Desk and
ask to be routed to one of these
on-call specialists.
